INFORMATION ABOUT OUR WIGS 

Our wigs are made with Burmese Virgin Hair. All wigs come in small, medium, and large sizes with adjustable mesh cap and come with elastic bands for support. Some wigs are completely glueless, and some are not. Wigs made with a 5x5 HD closure are completely glueless. Wigs made with frontals are not glueless. Wigs 14" and under are made with 2 bundles. Wigs 16" and up are made with 3 bundles. If you desire a fuller look, please add an extra bundle for lengths 22" and up. Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

ARE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES APPECTED?

No, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order you can contact our email and we will be happy to assist you. You will be allotted 5 days after receiving your order to email us with any issues, after 5 days we cannot assist you. We are not responsible for shipping issues. After shipped we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Any problems with shipping please contact shipper. 

HOW TO GET UPDATES ABOUT YOUR ORDER?

Contact can be made through email for updates. Automatic emails will be sent with a tracking number once shipped. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR UNITS TO BE SHIPPED?

Ready-to-ship units can take up to 3-5 business days before it is shipped from the purchase date. Shipping is through UPS and you will receive a tracking number directly to your email. Processing times may increase during busier seasons (Holidays). 

DO ALL WIGS COME CUSTOMIZED?

All wigs come customized meaning they come with bleached knots, pre-plucked hairline, baby hair (if chosen) and styles. Orders can be customized to your liking.
